Every month or so we turn our Sunday evening meeting into an outreach event. We call these events Café Evenings.
Our auditorium is transferred into café style, we sit around tables and we have an outreach focused evening. Recently we ran a marriage seminar over these evenings, sometimes we have a music or art event and sometimes a topical talk or apologetic.
These events have one thing in common; they are outreach oriented. At some time in the evening we present the Gospel message and we call for a response.
We encourage our people to invite unsaved friends and family. Bring along a light meal to share, the coffee shop remains open through the evening and enjoy the programme.
