As moms we need to be able to discuss the practical day-to-day things about being a mom, from discipline to sleeping, while also keeping our focus on the King and His Kingdom.

Isaiah 40: 10 & 11 describes a King who is both mighty and gentle, the Great King and the Great Shepherd: “Behold, the Lord GOD comes with might, and his arm rules for him; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. He will tend his flock like a shepherd; he will gather the lambs in his arms; he will carry them in his bosom, and gently lead those that are with young.”

The Lord leads us moms gently and He holds our kids (His kids) close to His chest, how can we not look to Him to guide us and lead us in our role as moms and wives, and even as friends and sisters? So ‘Moms and Toddlers’ is a time for moms with babes and toddlers to connect, to chat about the giggles and the gripes of ‘mommyhood’ as well as helping each other set the pace of the walk as God’s kids for our kids. Our time together is very relaxed, our kiddies play while we chat.

We meet every Thursday of the school term at 09:00 on the Cornerstone Church premises.
